It turns out the day my penguin (999pingu111) was registered was January 11, 2007, not January 7, 2007 as I originally thought. Oh well.

As you may have noticed, I haven’t posted on this site for several months. I don’t even know if anyone goes here anymore, the only updating part is the pin tracker. Have you ever had that feeling where one day, your crazy about doing something, and the next, you simply don’t feel like doing it at all? That’s how I sometimes feel about this site.

The site started on March 8, 2007 when I was a 9 year old with high hopes and I love for a little virtual game called “Club Penguin”. I was inspired by so many others, for example Paintboy100, Pink  Mafias, and Berryc00l. Remember her? The game was so fun back then. Eventually, I stumbled upon Chewit Dude’s chatbox sometime in late spring. I remember the first person I met there was ATVrider413. I continued to update this site throughout 2007, they were the greatest times of my Club Penguin life. I met many friends throughout that time, went to parties, and just had fun. I never did think  about how it would end.

Things began to slowly die down around October and December 2007. Club Penguin just wasn’t the way it used to be. Disney had taken over, the updates were strange, and there were so many new penguins, many of them much younger that what would’ve been around early 2007. By January 2008 I was still making updates, but it wasn’t really like it used to be. Eventually some of my friends quit, and soon Chewit’s chatbox shut down, along with his site. I made my last post for a long time in April, and nothing was posted on this site until December 2008, but it was just some of my contact information. I decided to revive the site in August 2009, and it ran until October 5, 2009, with the post I made just before this one. I suddenly didn’t seem interested. Now, very few of my friends from the old times still play. Many of them have moved on. Things just changed so much. I’d give anything to go back to 2007 and be with all my old friends again, relive the funnest moments, do everything again. I’ve tried to move on to, but it’s so hard when you have all the memories in the back of your head, wishing you could go back. If anyone reads this post, please comment so I have someone to talk to
